The financing was structured to help modernize and stabilize the 192-unit property, ensuring continued access to quality, affordable housing for local residents.

The loan will fund critical renovations to unit interiors, building systems, and common areas, as well as energy efficiency upgrades that align with the city’s broader housing revitalization goals. The property, which spans four mid-rise buildings, is located near key transit routes and community amenities, providing residents convenient access to schools, healthcare, and employment centers.
