PORTLAND, Ore., February 26, 2024 — Stratton Capital Group has originated a $24.5 million construction loan to a Pacific Northwest developer for the development of a 68-unit multifamily property in Portland’s dynamic Buckman District.
The five-story project will feature a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments designed with sustainable materials and energy-efficient systems. Residents will enjoy modern finishes, in-unit laundry, bike storage, and shared amenities including a fitness center, rooftop terrace, and community courtyard.
